Planning an unfurnished Casa Varya home before you move
Casa Varya is offered unfurnished. That gives you a chance to plan a home around your own routines, but it also makes the specification and your move-in checklist important. Start with the selected unit's written inclusions, then separate essential household needs from items you can add later.
Establish the starting condition
Request a room-by-room specification before ordering furniture or appliances. Ask which fixtures, fittings and services are included in your chosen unit. The images show how spaces can look; they should not replace an inclusions list. Record anything requiring clarification during the viewing and ask for written answers against the same unit number.
Measure before choosing furniture
Take room dimensions, door openings and the staircase route into account. Mark out a bed, sofa, dining table and storage on the reference plan, then confirm measurements in the actual home. Leave usable space for circulation and opening doors. A piece of furniture that fits the floor area may still be difficult to deliver through a tight access route.
Plan the spaces you use every day
Begin with sleeping, preparing meals, bathing and sitting together. Consider the storage needed for clothes, household supplies and work or school items. A spare bedroom might serve different purposes over time, so avoid buying everything before you have tested the layout. Use the Basic or Executive drawing that matches the property you intend to buy.
Separate the home price from your setup list
Keep a separate list for furnishings, appliances, delivery, installation and any additional work you choose. Obtain current supplier quotations rather than assuming the same setup cost for every household. Check any intended changes with the relevant professionals and applicable project requirements before work begins. This guide does not specify construction or electrical work.
Coordinate delivery with handover
Ask RSB to confirm the expected access arrangements and agreed handover timing for the selected home. Plan delivery dates only after the necessary access is confirmed. During your final check, compare the condition and inclusions with the written documents and record questions clearly. A calm move-in plan begins with knowing what will already be there.
